Hello…
I have been working in the mental health field since 2020 and was an elementary school teacher before that. I did my undergraduate work at Seattle Pacific University in elementary education with an arts emphasis. In 2020, I earned my master's in Clinical Mental Health and began supporting people in their mental health journey. It has been a privilege working with all ages from children, youth, young adult, to adult and collaborating in individual, group, school, and clinic settings. My licenses include Washington and Oregon.
I am here to support you with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationship needs, trauma/abuse, identity, spiritual concerns, and symptoms of ADHD. Your honest reflections and commitment to the counseling process are so important, and I commit to walk with you in this journey of more freedom. I have an integrative approach that is based on theoretical styles of person-centered, narrative, mindfulness CBT, and experiential therapy. You will find me affirming, approachable, warm, and creative in our time together.
Outside of work, you will find me spending time with family, hosting gatherings, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and nurturing my creativity.
